I purchased a children's toy on the platform, but the seller failed to ship the actual item and instead sent an empty package. I attempted to resolve the issue with the seller multiple times to no avail.

I subsequently asked the platform to intervene, but they have refused to handle the matter and keep rejecting my requests. Whenever I contact the seller, they claim that the platform won't issue a refund.

Despite my repeated applications for a resolution, the platform refuses to take action. I am therefore filing this complaint against the platform and hope for a fair outcome.

I’ve been trying to dispute this fraudulent activity for the past several weeks. There has been nearly $500 dollars fraudulent taken from my Apple Pay account and used through this WhatNot service.

I’ve called the merchant WhatNot and was not able to reach a human representative. The customer service was Ai generated ([GOVERNMENT_ID]), which it ended the call on its own without resolving the issue. I have no emails of account verification or transaction history with WhatNot. I have no PayPal transaction history between WhatNot and I.

The merchant continued to attempt to pull funds from my ApplePay after several attempts of insufficient funds. I’m not sure what else to do I’ve never had this happen before and do wish ApplePay had more security measures as this ordeal makes these services untrustworthy.

I purchased a 'game box' on the Whatnot platform but received an empty package from the seller. I have repeatedly requested a refund from the platform, but they have failed to process it.

I also contacted the seller directly, and their response was that the platform would not issue a refund.

The platform has failed to honor its buyer protection policies, which amounts to fraudulent behavior. Having no other recourse, I am turning to you to intervene with the platform on my behalf; I hope for a fair resolution.

Customer bundling packaging, during my show, I had poor connectivity and had to restart my show 3 times. My customer was charged 3 consecutive shipping fees and was upset about the bundled shipping.

I was able to adjust her shipping to 1 bundle and adjusted the weight and notified Whatnot support about the charges.

After support assisted the customer, I was able to provide the photos of the adjusted package bundled into 1 and the shipping weight. Her purchases were fragile vintage Fenton glassware, so I had to protect her products in her packaging, and so it was heavy but within the weight she paid for.

You charge so much for shipping, but yet they don't take care of the things that are shipped. Even though the guy that packed the box didn't pack it right, the shipping just throws your boxes around.

Then you get a hold of you guys to get a refund, and you guys refuse it. This is wrong. I keep getting messed up with you guys by some of these shady sellers and everything else. It's not my fault that you guys let those kinds of people on your site.

I'm just a customer, and I'm thinking I'm getting a good deal, but then when I get taken advantage of, that bothers me. Then you guys say you're there to protect the consumer, yet you refuse the consumer when they bring it to your attention that something's wrong.
